Ecohotel and organic restaurant for 4 decades.
For us, this means: a loving approach to people, our house, food, objects and resources. The Rössli is located in the middle of the village of Mogelsberg, right next to the church. It is a traditional Toggenburg knitted building - built entirely of wood. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by rustic walls made of 300-year-old fir beams up to 30 centimetres thick. You reach your room via creaking wooden stairs and relax in the modern Hüsler Nest. In the cosy restaurant and in the two saloons, we spoil you with creative organic gourmet cuisine, exclusive wines and a refined, uncomplicated service.
We like to combine the old with the new, to keep tradition alive through innovation, to redesign the ordinary in an unusual way.
We enjoy pampering our guests with food and drink in an ambience of well-being.
